2016 Year In Review | Tony

2016 was a very creative and productive year. I spent a lot of time writing and recording new music; it’s always good to work out different song ideas and watch them blossom into something special. Overall, I think the biggest personal change for me in 2016 was returning to the L24F family. The last time I had played in Life in 24 Frames was when we recorded our debut LP, Time Trails, six years ago. It's been really fun to play the old songs again, and to also put my own spin on the newer material. Feels kind of like putting on an old suit that I haven't worn in years, except now maybe it fits better? As 2016 came to a close we capped off our year by getting signed to Gold Standard Records. Everyone in 24 Frames has consistently put in great amounts of work to make this band what is it today, and I am very proud to be a part of it (again). I’m looking forward to the official release of CTRL+Z, as well as touring and sharing the stage with many great bands in support of the record.
